Garden Resources

Submit an item for review!

Have you written a book on gardening? Do you make a tool for gardening that impresses everyone who gardens with it? Know of fertilizers and treatments that are the real deal? Whatever it is, we’d be happy to test and review it for you on the UGP. Why keep it a secret if everyone can benefit from it, right?

Send us an email to urbangardenproject@rocketmail.com with REVIEW as the subject line. Feel free to describe the product and include any other pertinent info like photos or websites. We will email you back with directions on how to get it to us!

Our goal with our resources page is to compile the most comprehensive list of gardening resources for our community! The following sites are not a blog roll! Those who have joined The Urban Garden Project™ have their sites and/or blogs listed on the Join Us tab. If you have a website or resource that you suggest that we add leave a comment with the address and we will add it!

  1. Hi There — thought you might want to post our website, or further collaborate. We make garden space available for people, for free. We have 27 programs worldwide, and are working to spread to as many communities as possible. I saw you’re already linked to City Farmer, or partner in Vancouver, BC.

I’d also like to talk to one of you about the potential of you adding some content to a social networking site I’m building an “organic gardening for beginners” on.

Anyhow, drop me a line if interested

    Cheers,

    Christopher

  2. Hi!

I am a gardening writer for http://www.DigTheDirt.com which is a website dedicated to connecting gardeners, suppliers and people like you within the gardening community.

We have a huge plant database for users to browse for free as well as a place for people to share their ideas and creative insights. We are just about to launch an area for sustainable living and gardening and your website would be a great resource for people to know about.

Take care and hope to hear from you soon.
